What should I expect at our first meeting?

After we connect on the phone for a brief 5-10 minute phone call, I will prepare some documents for you and schedule to come to see your property. If you are not based locally this can be arranged on Zoom. At the in person/ Zoom meeting we will have the opportunity to get to know one another. You will learn about my unique approach and I can answer any questions you might have at the time. What if I am just curious and want an online Market Assessment?

What do you mean by "if we are a good fit for one another"?

There is a Realtor® for every seller and I want to make sure we are the best match for one another. Selling a property in a remote coastal location is quite different than a residential sale in the suburbs. When we meet I assess whether or not I am the best Realtor® for your specific property and situation. If we decide we want to work together after our first meeting we will formalize our agency relationship and I will get to work preparing a detailed marketing plan and strategy for the sale of your property.

How will you go about finding the "right price" to list my home or land for?

Should we decide to work together I will use a variety of methods beyond the traditional CMA to determine your property's value. The comparable property sales in remote areas are such that rigorous assessment and additional methods of valuation are necessary in order to price a property effectively for sale.

What services are included when you list my home for sale?

I offer premium services to you when I list your home. This includes, but is not limited to, professional photography and design services, Floor plans, 3D tours, full colour property brochures, a complimentary home staging consultation, and pre-photography support as needed. I also commit to promptly showing your home to potential buyers.
